From Crew Memebers to Crew Trainers to Shift Managers to Store Managers, we have opportunities in any of our 12 stores in Southwest Iowa and Southeast Nebraska.
- Performance Reviews and Personal Growth
Each employee receives a performance review every 6 months and are eligible for raises and discuss their personal development. Each employee has the potential to grow from crew to management, and we are there to assist and develop a plan for you succeed.
- Professional Management Training Programs
Our organization is keen on top notch management training. We have a Shift Management Road Map that takes any employee, with any employment background from a certified crew trainer to shift manager and beyond. Its up to each canidate and their willingness to succeed to progress themselves through the program.
- Health Insurance

- 401K Retirement Plans
All employees that qualify are able to participate in our employer matched 401K plans.
- Paid Vacations
Managers are eligilbe for vacation pay and our salary managers receive multiple weeks of vacation, and an extra week are given to long term salary managers.
- Flexible Hours
Part-time hours needed? Most of our stores are open 24 hours and we have many shifts and shift lengths available.
- Free Uniforms
We supply crew shirts, hats and nametags. We also pay a portion of every employees slip resistant shoes.
- Discounted Meals
There are free meal programs at each of our locations and anytime you come in with family and friends you are eligible for a 10% discount. Ask the managers for a more detailed description of their meal policy in the store that you apply in.
- Recognition, Bonuses, and Additional Activities
Each month we participate in local and regional incentive programs to reward success and to set a benchmark to improve our operations. There is a team atmosphere and everyone strives to improve. Shift Managers are eligible for monthly bonuses and incentives based on operations. 3-4 times a year we have crew parties and activities at a location away from the store.
