We believe the words "Welcome to McDonald's" should apply to our employees just as much as our customers. We offer competitive pay and all employees are paid bi-weekly. We also offer salary reviews twice a year.

Employees will receive a half priced meal during their shift on the days they work.

- Paid Vacation
After three years of employment, crew that have averaged 30 hours per week in the prior 12 months are eligible for 5 days of paid vacation. For each year of employment after that, employees will earn an extra day until a total of 10 days are accumulated.
- Scholarships
We participate in the McDonald's National Employee Scholarship Program. Each year two scholarships are awarded per state.

- Advancement Opportunities
Many opportunities exist for diligent, hard workers including crew trainer, swing manager, or salaried manager. Our primary source of recruitment is from within our existing pool of employees. More than 50% of owner/operators nationwide started off behind the counter. So did over 75% of all restaurant managers.
Manager Benefits:
All benefits that the crew are entitled to from above are included for managers. Additional benefits are listed below.
- Training
McDonald's is currently the only restaurant organization to be recognized by the American Council on Education, (ACE), for our restaurant management curriculum. Your participation in our training programs can earn you up to 46 college credits towards your 2-year or 4-year degree programs.
- Bonus Program
Dependent upon store sales, labor, and customer counts, managers will be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus.
- Discounted Meals
Managers will receive one free meal on the days they work during their shift.
- Health Insurance
The company currently carries a Group Insurance Policy through Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Illinois. Depending on the level of management and coverage desired, a portion of the premiums will be paid by the company.
- Sick Pay (Salaried Manager)
Each salaried employee will be allowed 4 sick days per year in which absence from the job will not result in a deduction from the employee's paycheck.
- Paid Vacation
SWING MANAGERS are entitled to 5 days of paid vacation after 12 months of continuous service. After each additional year of continuous employment one additional day of vacation is earned, until a total of 10 days are accumulated. SALARIED MANAGERS are eligible for 5 days of paid vacation after 12 months of continuous service. After 24 months of continuous service as a salaried manager, 10 days of paid vacation are earned. After 60 months of continuous service as a salaried manager, 15 paid days of vacation are earned. After 15 years of continuous service as a salaried manager, 20 days of paid vacation are earned.
