Please make sure to include the following information:
Include your name, address, and phone number.
A brief description of the event.
The time and date of the event.
The purpose of the event.
The number of people you expect to attend the event.
The type of donation you are looking for,
example: 15 free hamburger coupons.
Allow two to four weeks for the processing of your request.
