McDonald's of Scottsbluff, Nebraska

In June 2008 Christian Miller purchased the three McDonald's® restaurants in Scottsbluff County Nebraska. Two years later in June of 2010 he acquired the Alliance McDonald’s. Recently In May of 2011 he opened a new McDonald’s restaurant in Torrington, WY. Proudly he mentions "We brought McDonald’s to Goshen County". Christian along with his wife and children relocated to Gering from Stafford Virginia where he previously owned McDonald's restaurants. Christian and his wife Amber are very passionate about providing every customer an outstanding eating experience. They also have a sincere passion for the success and well being of their more than 200 employees that strive to exceed their customer’s expectations everyday.

Christian has a vision to run great restaurants that both he and his family are proud of. Their efforts are focused on giving their restaurant teams every resource possible to provide a consistently simple, easy, and enjoyable eating experience.

A personal note from Christian regarding his eagerness to “give back” to the communities he does business in:

When someone asks me what makes McDonald’s one of the greatest brands in the world, I think of our long standing tradition of giving back to communities we do business in. As of August 2011 the McDonald's restaurants I operate have given back over $42,000 to local non-profit organizations and schools in Western Nebraska and Eastern Wyoming. We participate in the Chamber of Commerce's in the communities we do business in. We are proud of the monetary donations we have made as well as the other requests we have accommodated to support our schools in Scottsbluff, Gering, Alliance and Torrington. Other organizations we support include the YMCA, the United Way, the Red Cross, 4-h, Kiwanis, The Shriners, The Midwest Film Theatre, the Gering Tennis association, The Oregon Trail Foundation, The Regional West Foundation, Keep Alliance Beautiful, The Scottsbluff and Torrington Fire Department, the Scottsbluff County Fair, The foundation (WNCC), Team Ashtyn, The Ronald® McDonald house in Denver and Aurora, as well as dozens of local youth sports teams.
